Responsibilities
- Running medical training and return-to-sport plans after injury
- Taking over from physiotherapy and guiding people back to full capacity
- Setting loads and progression individually, to match each person's condition
- Working with the club's physiotherapists on planning the next stage of training
Requirements
- Qualifications as a medical trainer or a strength and conditioning coach
- Experience working with people after injury and after physiotherapy — or the willingness to gain it alongside the team
- The ability to work in a team and an individual approach to everyone you work with
- Commitment and a wish to keep developing professionally
