Group classes run Monday to Friday, in blocks at 17:30, 18:30, 19:30 and 20:30. There is no sign-up: you come in with a valid membership, or with a single entry bought at reception. Below are the days, the times and who leads each session.

Monday
Classes run Monday to Friday, between 17:30 and 21:30. On Saturday and Sunday the club is open, but runs no group classes. If you are making the trip for one particular format, confirm in the morning on +48 17 870 04 44, or check the stories on Facebook or Instagram.

Covers the gym, the fitness room, cardio and the sauna area. Bought at reception.
- One billing period covers four weeks.
- Memberships are sold at the Teho Sport reception desk or online.
- A single entry costs 30 PLN and is sold at reception only.
- You can also come to a group class on a MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport or PZU Sport card.
- The sauna area is open Monday to Friday, 17:00–22:00.

When booking a court you can use partner cards:
- Squash — up to 2 cards for each hour of play started.
- Badminton and tennis — up to 4 cards for each hour of play started.

Timetable, memberships, saunas
- Do I have to sign up for a class?
- No. We take no bookings and hold no places. You walk into the room with a valid membership, or with a single entry bought at reception.
- Can I come to a class on a sports card?
- Yes. We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport.
- What days and times do the fitness classes run?
- Group classes run Monday to Friday between 17:30 and 21:30. The full, current schedule of days, times and trainers is in the timetable on this page — we keep it up to date.
- Are there group classes at the weekend?
- No — the group timetable covers weekdays, Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the club is open (gym, fitness, cardio) but runs no coached group classes.
- Does the OPEN membership include fitness classes?
- Yes. The OPEN membership (169 PLN) and OPEN ONLINE (149 PLN) give access to the gym, fitness, cardio and the Finnish and infrared saunas — including every class on the timetable.
- Can I come to a single class without a membership?
- Yes — a single entry costs 30 PLN and can be bought at the club reception.
- Can the timetable change?
- Times can shift slightly (when a trainer is covering for someone, for example). If in doubt, call +48 17 870 04 44 before you set off.
