Play like a professional.
Squash at Teho Sport means four ASB Squash Courts on a single level, with a sprung HARO floor meeting the DIN 18032:2 standard — kind to knees and tendons even in a hard game. The badminton courts are laid with a professional surface, and the full-size Confosport ITF Cat. 3 tennis court (Davis Cup standard) with its 5 mm Spormat underlay lets you train in tournament conditions every day.
Courts are booked by the hour — most easily by phone on +48 17 870 04 44 or in person at reception. We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport cards (15 PLN off per card on an hourly booking). Equipment to hire: squash or badminton racket (8 PLN), squash ball or shuttlecock (3 PLN).
For players who want a regular game we run the Rzeszów Squash League — amateur competition in three divisions (Ekstraklasa, 1st and 2nd), with a flexible schedule and fair rules. For children there is a junior squash academy in groups of 4–6, with rackets, balls and protective eyewear included in the price. Each discipline has its own page below.
