What an hour costs.
The rate depends on the sport and the time of day. Mornings and weekends cost less than weekday afternoons. The price is for the whole court, whether two or four of you play.

Summer rate
Tennis court for 50 PLN.
Until 31 August 2026 the tennis court costs 50 PLN for 60 minutes. The rate applies through the whole week, at every hour the club is open, and to the tennis court only. Live availability is in the online booking system or on the reception line +48 17 870 04 44.
Partner cards
15 PLN off per card.
We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport. Every card shown at reception knocks 15 PLN off the court, and discounts stack.
On a squash court up to two cards apply per booking — for both one-off and weekly slots. Anything above that you pay at reception.
First time with a racket
No gear, no experience needed.
You do not need a racket or the rules under your belt. Bring indoor trainers with a light sole and sports kit. The rest is on site.
Racket rental
Graphite racket 8 PLN, aluminium 5 PLN, squash ball or shuttlecock 3 PLN. Pick up the gear at reception.
Coach on the court
Nobody to play with? Group coaching costs 60 PLN an hour on squash and 55 PLN on badminton. The coach shows you the rules and keeps the pace up.
Rzeszów Squash League
Amateur league with a flexible schedule. Join solo — no team required. Five divisions — Ekstraklasa, 1st, 2nd, Women's and Amateur — so you land at your own level.

Arrive 10 minutes early
If you want to hire gear, arrive 10 minutes before play — reception hands out rackets and balls, points to your court and shows you the changing room.
Bookings are cancelled by phone. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of play.

Teho Sport is in Trzebownisko, right on the northern edge of Rzeszów — about 6 km from the city centre as the crow flies. The drive from Rzeszów takes about fifteen minutes.
The club is in Trzebownisko, on the road towards Rzeszów–Jasionka airport. Parking for club visitors sits right outside the building.

Frequently asked questions
- What does renting a squash court cost?
- 60 PLN an hour Monday to Friday until 15:00 inclusive and at weekends, 80 PLN Monday to Friday from 16:00. The rate is for the whole court. A partner card knocks 15 PLN off.
- How is a booking between 15:00 and 16:00 priced?
- A booking that starts at 15:00 is billed at the lower rate — 60 PLN for squash and 45 PLN for badminton. The higher rate applies from 16:00.
- Do I need my own racket?
- No. Rackets, squash balls and shuttlecocks are for hire at reception — graphite racket 8 PLN, aluminium 5 PLN, ball or shuttle 3 PLN. Bring indoor sports trainers.
- Does a MultiSport card cover the full cost of a court?
- No. MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport cards knock 15 PLN off the court per card shown. Anything above that you pay at reception.
- How many partner cards can I use on one booking?
- Up to two on a squash court, for both one-off and weekly slots. Two cards bring the weekday afternoon rate down from 80 PLN to 50 PLN. For badminton and tennis ask at booking.

- How long is a booking?
- 60 minutes by default. If you want to play longer, book two slots back to back.
- What does the tennis court cost in the summer?
- Until 31 August 2026 the rate is 50 PLN for 60 minutes, through the whole week and at every hour the club is open. Standard summer rates return in September.
- Can I play tennis in winter?
- Yes. The tennis court is indoor and heated from October to April, with mechanical ventilation. In summer we slide the side curtains back.
- How far is it from Rzeszów?
- About 6 km from Rzeszów's centre as the crow flies, roughly fifteen minutes by car. The club is in Trzebownisko, on the road towards Jasionka airport.
