The Women's Squash League is amateur competition for women in Rzeszów and the surrounding area — no team required, no rigid schedule, played against opponents at a similar level. You play when it suits the two of you, at the pace you like.

WHY JOIN
You play women at your own level.
We match you with opponents of similar ability, so every match is close and rewarding — from the very first game, without measuring yourself against men's play.
No team or league contacts required.
You sign up solo, and the club handles the rest — finding your opponents and walking you through the rules. Tournament experience is not needed; the basics of squash are enough.
You play without pressure, at your own pace.
What counts is regular play and improving your game, not winning at all costs. You set match times with your opponent yourself, so the league fits around your week, not the other way round.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can join the Women's Squash League?
- Every woman, whatever your level — from your first matches to seasoned tournament play. You do not need to build a team or know anyone in the league. Just sign up.
- What does taking part cost?
- You confirm the entry fee and details at reception on +48 17 870 04 44. The court fee (60 PLN until 15:00 and at weekends, 80 PLN from 16:00 on weekdays) you settle between the two of you.
- When are the matches played?
- You set match times between the two of you — the league frames the season, the calendar stays in your hands. Book a court online or at reception.
- How long is a match?
- One court booking is 60 minutes. You agree the format (best of three or best of five) with your opponent before play.
- Where do I check the Women's League table?
- The current table and fixtures sit at reception and in the league chat. You enter the result after play — the table updates round by round.
- Can I hire a racket at the club?
- Yes. A graphite racket is 8 PLN, an aluminium one 5 PLN, a squash ball 3 PLN. Bring indoor sports trainers with a light sole.
