Eight kinds of group class, Monday to Friday between 17:30 and 21:30. There is no sign-up in advance: you come in with a valid membership, or buy a single entry at reception, and walk straight into the room. We are at Trzebownisko 928b, just beyond the northern edge of Rzeszów.

Healthy Spine and Mobility and Stretching are led by people trained in physiotherapy and medical training. If you are coming back after a break, or you have a desk-bound year behind you, that is the most sensible place to start. The pace is slower, and every exercise has an easier version.

Every slot in the class schedule carries a name, so you know who you are training with.
A group class is not a diagnosis and not rehabilitation. If your spine or a joint hurts, or you are coming back from an injury, book a visit in the physiotherapy area first. Exercises chosen after an assessment work differently from a programme written for a whole room.
Getting in
How to join a class
We take no bookings. You do not have to call the day before or catch a free slot in an app. If you have a membership, you simply come in. If you do not, you buy a single entry for 30 PLN at reception.
If it is your first time, come ten or fifteen minutes early. That gives you time to change and to tell the instructor this is your first session. They can then watch your technique from the first set, instead of noticing you halfway through.
Bring kit, indoor shoes, a towel and water. Barbells, dumbbells, bands and mats are waiting in the room.

Where to find us
Teho Sport is in Trzebownisko, right on the northern edge of Rzeszów — about 6 km from the city centre as the crow flies. The drive from Rzeszów takes about fifteen minutes.
Parking is our own and free, so at 17:20 you are not circling for a space.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to sign up for a fitness class?
- No. We take no bookings and hold no places. You walk into the fitness room with a valid membership, or with a single entry bought at reception.
- What time are the classes?
- Monday to Friday, at 17:30, 18:30, 19:30 and 20:30. Each runs for an hour and the last one finishes at 21:30. At weekends the club is open, but with no group classes.
- Can I get in with a sports card?
- Yes. We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport, and the card covers the group classes, the gym floor, cardio and the saunas.
- Does the OPEN membership cover fitness?
- Yes — every class on the timetable, with no extra charge. It costs 169 PLN per 4 weeks, or 149 PLN for the OPEN ONLINE variant.
- Can I come just once to try it?
- Yes. A single entry costs 30 PLN and you buy it at reception before the class.
- I have never trained in a group. Will I manage?
- Yes — just tell the instructor before you start. The gentlest way in is Mobility and Stretching or Healthy Spine, where the pace is slower and every movement has a simpler version.
