We turn physiotherapy knowledge into training — sessions and workshops in health promotion, led by physiotherapists Kamil Piotrowski and Sebastian Oleszko.
Kamil and Sebastian are physiotherapists by training. At Teho Sport they lead health training and run workshops and talks on health promotion — services provided by TRANS-COM Tomasz Stec, a medical entity registered solely for health promotion (the details are in the organisational rules). Their knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics goes into choosing safe, well-matched exercises that improve mobility, strength and control.
If you need physiotherapy in the full clinical sense — assessment, manual therapy, post-injury or post-operative rehabilitation — Kamil and Sebastian provide it in the same place, each under their own independently registered physiotherapy practice: Kamil Piotrowski (registry number 000000287306, F-80) and Sebastian Oleszko (registry number 000000306324, F-80).
