About this facility

What is worth knowing

TRAINING MATCHED TO THE TRIMESTER

The programme changes as the pregnancy does — the goals of the first trimester are not those of the third. We work on the strength of the pelvic floor, on trunk stability, on hip mobility and on breathing technique, with the mother's safety and comfort first throughout.

RETURNING TO FORM AFTER BIRTH

After birth, training starts by rebuilding deep stability and the pelvic-floor muscles before moving on to more demanding activity. It is led by Katarzyna Goch — a trainer certified in training women during and after pregnancy, in programme design and in easing pain.

SAFETY FIRST

Every plan takes account of the advice of the doctor managing the pregnancy and of your own health. If back or pelvic pain appears during pregnancy or after birth, it is worth pairing training with a consultation in the physiotherapy area or with the spine rehabilitation programme.
