Physiotherapy
Spine rehabilitation.
Neck pain, lower back pain and sciatica are among the most common reasons patients come to the physiotherapy area at Teho Sport. Spine rehabilitation here is provided by Kamil Piotrowski and Sebastian Oleszko, each under their own registered physiotherapy practice — Kamil Piotrowski, registry number 000000287306 (F-80), Sebastian Oleszko, registry number 000000306324 (F-80) — combining manual therapy with stabilisation training on KEISER equipment and working on the cause of the pain, not only on easing it for a while.

About this facility
What is worth knowing
WHAT WE TREAT
We work with neck pain, tension between the shoulder blades, lower back pain, sciatica and neuralgia, and with the chronic muscular tension that comes from sitting all day and from faulty movement patterns. Every case begins with a thorough functional assessment.
MANUAL THERAPY AND STABILISATION TRAINING
Each within their own registered physiotherapy practice: Sebastian Oleszko specialises in manual therapy and in neck and lower back pain, while Kamil Piotrowski handles rehabilitation after spinal surgery. They pair manual therapy with stabilisation training on KEISER equipment, and once therapy ends many patients continue working on the spine through medical training run by Teho Sport — pneumatic resistance makes it safe to strengthen the muscles that stabilise the spine without overloading the joints.
PREVENTING A RELAPSE
Back pain very often returns when therapy stops at easing the symptoms. That is why every plan includes a stage of stabilisation training and learning sound movement patterns — which matters most for people who sit at work. The programme can continue as regular health training for 35+, 40+ and 50+ or as personal training.
Frequently asked questions
- What kind of back pain can I come with?
- Neck pain, lower back pain, sciatica, neuralgia and the chronic muscular tension that comes from a sedentary life.
- Who provides spine rehabilitation?
- Sebastian Oleszko — within his own registered physiotherapy practice (manual therapy, neck and lower back pain) — and Kamil Piotrowski, within his own practice (rehabilitation after spinal surgery).
- Is it only manual therapy, or training as well?
- We combine both — manual therapy with stabilisation training on KEISER equipment, so the result of the therapy holds.
- How do I stop the pain coming back?
- Learning sound movement patterns and training stabilisation regularly are what matter — you can continue that as health training for 35+, 40+ and 50+, or as personal training.
- How long does therapy take?
- It depends on the cause of the pain — the plan and the session schedule are set individually after the first consultation.
