Physiotherapy
Medical training.
Medical training at Teho Sport is the bridge between physiotherapy and athletic training — focused work on pain, movement dysfunction and lost capacity, led by trainers with a physiotherapy background. It is training, not a therapeutic procedure: if you need diagnosis and manual therapy, those are provided by Kamil Piotrowski and Sebastian Oleszko, each under their own registered physiotherapy practice in the same area. We use KEISER equipment with pneumatic resistance, which lets the load build from 0.1 kg — safe even with chronic back or joint pain.

About this facility
What is worth knowing
HOW MEDICAL TRAINING DIFFERS FROM ORDINARY TRAINING
Medical training starts with an interview and a movement assessment — we look for the cause of the pain or the restriction rather than only easing the symptom. The programme is built around a specific dysfunction: back pain from a sedentary life, muscular asymmetry, overloaded joints, or a return to capacity after a long period of immobilisation. It is training designed around what the tissue can take, not around the heaviest possible load.
WHO LEADS MEDICAL TRAINING
Medical training at Teho Sport is led by Szymon Mróz and Kamil Piotrowski — they combine physiotherapy knowledge with coaching practice, working with back pain, joint dysfunction and chronic muscular tension among other things. If your problem also calls for diagnosis and manual therapy, book a consultation in the registered practice of Kamil Piotrowski or Sebastian Oleszko.
WHAT THE FIRST VISIT LOOKS LIKE
We start with an interview and a functional assessment — checking ranges of motion, movement patterns and the places carrying too much load. From there we plan sessions in the physiotherapy and conditioning area, with clear goals and a way of measuring progress. As soon as your stage of preparation allows, we fold in elements of strength and conditioning.
