This is the rate for the whole hall, not per player. With 12 players, a summer weekly slot on the football hall works out at about 17 PLN a head for 60 minutes; a single one-off booking about 20 PLN.

What is included
The whole hall is yours.
The court is yours for the hour
For the full hour nobody else plays alongside you and you don't share the space with another group.
Balls and bibs on site
No extra charge and no gear to haul in the boot. Come in your kit, that's it.
60 minutes from the door
The hour is timed from when you enter the hall, not from the first whistle. Warm-up is inside the booked time.
Changing rooms and showers
The back-of-house is part of the deal. Lockers take a padlock — bring your own or buy one at reception.
Finnish and infrared sauna
Available on top, outside the hall rental. Ask at reception when you book — the rate is confirmed there.
Partner cards
15 PLN off per card.
We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport. Every card in the group knocks 15 PLN off the rental, and discounts stack — six cards is 90 PLN off the hour.
The same rule applies to one-off bookings and to weekly slots, every time.

Pick the format
A weekly slot is the same hour every week, three months minimum. A weekly slot is cheaper: by 30 PLN on the winter football hall and by 40 PLN on volleyball, basketball and the summer football hall, per 60 minutes.
One-off booking
A single hour is booked the same way, with no commitment for the following weeks. Good when you are pulling together a crew for one evening or a warm-up game.

Teho Sport is in Trzebownisko, right on the northern edge of Rzeszów — about 6 km from the city centre as the crow flies. The drive from Rzeszów takes about fifteen minutes.
The football halls are about 5 km from Galeria Rzeszów, on the road towards Jasionka airport. Parking is right at the building.

- What does renting a sports hall at Teho Sport cost?
- From 200 PLN gross per 60 minutes. Volleyball and basketball courts: 200 PLN on a weekly slot, 240 PLN one-off. Football halls: 200 PLN in summer and 240 PLN in winter on a weekly slot, 240 PLN in summer and 270 PLN in winter one-off. The rate is for the whole hall, not per person.
- Can I book once, without committing for longer?
- Yes. A one-off booking is available for every hall and costs 30 to 40 PLN more per 60 minutes than a weekly slot — 30 PLN on the winter football hall, 40 PLN on the other halls. A weekly slot needs a minimum three-month commitment.
- Do I need to bring my own balls?
- No. We provide balls and bibs on site at no extra charge.
- Does a MultiSport card cover hall rental?
- The card does not cover the whole rental, but knocks 15 PLN off. Discounts from several cards stack and apply to both one-off bookings and weekly slots. We accept MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport.
- How many people can play at once?
- Up to 14 on the volleyball and basketball courts, up to 12 on the football halls.
- Does the hour include warm-up?
- Yes. The 60 minutes are timed from when you enter the hall, so warm-up is inside the booked time.
- Do the changing rooms lock?
- Yes, lockers take a padlock. Bring your own or buy one at reception.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes, for companies and institutions, with a 14-day payment term.
