Amateur competition split into three men's tiers — Ekstraklasa, 1st Division and 2nd Division — plus a separate Women's League. You meet opponents at a similar level and play matches at the pace that fits your calendars.

The current table for each tier lives in a Google Sheet — the buttons that open the Ekstraklasa, 1st Division and 2nd Division tables sit at the top of this page, in the "See the standings of your division" section. You log the result after play; the standings update round by round.

Which division will I be placed in?

We match you to a tier after a short chat at reception — we look at your experience and, if you have played before, your results from previous seasons. New players usually start in the 2nd Division.

How do I sign up for the league?

Ring +48 17 870 04 44 or drop by Teho Sport reception. We place you in the right tier, walk you through the rules and add you to the league chat, where matches are arranged and notices go out.

How long is a match and what does the court cost?

One court booking is 60 minutes. The court fee (60 PLN until 15:00 and at weekends, 80 PLN from 16:00 on weekdays) is split between you and your opponent — the rate is for the whole court. You confirm the league entry fee at reception.

Can I hire a racket and a ball at the club?

Yes. A graphite racket is 8 PLN, an aluminium one 5 PLN, a squash ball 3 PLN. Bring indoor sports trainers with a light sole.

Beyond the men's tiers, is there anything for women?

Yes — alongside Ekstraklasa, the 1st and 2nd Divisions, we run the Women's Squash League as a women-only format.

DIVISIONS OF THE RZESZÓW SQUASH LEAGUE

Ekstraklasa Squash

is the top tier — this is where the most experienced players land, the ones who play regularly and technically. The pace is high, and promotion and relegation matter.

1st Division Squash

is the intermediate tier — for players who play on a schedule and want a demanding opponent, but are not yet ready for Ekstraklasa play. Promotion and relegation between the 1st Division and either Ekstraklasa or the 2nd Division are decided at the end of each season.

2nd Division Squash

is the best entry point — this is where most new players start. You play opponents at a similar level, learn the rhythm of league play and build the foundation for promotion.

You sign up solo — no team to gather. Ring +48 17 870 04 44 or drop by Teho Sport reception in Trzebownisko near Rzeszów: we confirm your tier, walk you through the rules and add you to the league chat, where matches are arranged and organisational notices go out.

If you have played before, bring your results from previous seasons — we place you at the right level. New players usually start in the 2nd Division and move up after the season.

SCHEDULE, MATCHES AND RULES

The league gives the frame of the season, but the calendar stays in your hands — you set the date of each match with your opponent through the league chat, and book the court online or by phone at reception. CHANGING ROOMS, SHOWERS AND SAUNAS

After a match you have changing rooms with lockable cabinets, hot showers, a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna — all under the same roof as the squash courts. You can hire a graphite racket for 8 PLN or an aluminium one for 5 PLN, and a squash ball for 3 PLN. Bring indoor sports trainers with a light sole.
