Physiotherapy
Return to sport after injury.
Returning to sport after an injury is more than the pain going away — it is the moment you have to safely recover the full capacity a squash court, a badminton court, a volleyball court or an indoor football hall demands. At Teho Sport the process runs in stages: physiotherapy is provided by Sebastian Oleszko and Kamil Piotrowski, each under their own registered physiotherapy practice — Kamil Piotrowski, registry number 000000287306 (F-80), Sebastian Oleszko, registry number 000000306324 (F-80) — while the conditioning work and the functional tests that confirm readiness to play are run by Teho Sport coaches.

About this facility
What is worth knowing
WHY "NO PAIN" IS NOT ENOUGH
Plenty of players return too early because the pain has gone — which is not the same as recovered strength, joint stability or confidence in movement under time pressure. Our return-to-sport process includes functional tests that check whether the body is genuinely ready for the loads typical of squash, badminton, volleyball or indoor football — sharp changes of direction, jumps and impacts.
FOR SQUASH, BADMINTON, VOLLEYBALL AND INDOOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS
The programme is matched to the demands of the sport — squash on our courts loads the ankle in one way, badminton loads the shoulder in another, and landing in volleyball or playing in the football hall loads the knee in yet another. Training builds strength, agility and reactivity in the movements that sport actually asks for.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND STRENGTH COACH, TOGETHER
The process is led — each within their own registered physiotherapy practice — by Sebastian Oleszko and Kamil Piotrowski, who specialise in rehabilitation after sports injuries, together with Teho Sport strength coaches responsible for progressing the load in the KEISER zone. Every stage ends with a functional test before the next one begins.
Frequently asked questions
- When can I return to play after an injury?
- Only after a functional test confirms the joint will take the loads typical of your sport — the absence of pain on its own is not enough.
- Is the programme different for squash, badminton and volleyball?
- Yes — we match it to the demands of the particular sport, because squash loads different joints and movement patterns than badminton or volleyball do.
- Who runs the process?
- Sebastian Oleszko and Kamil Piotrowski — each under their own registered physiotherapy practice — on the physiotherapy side, together with Teho Sport strength coaches responsible for progressing the load.
- Can I train during rehabilitation?
- Yes — the process combines physiotherapy with conditioning on KEISER equipment, so the load rises gradually alongside the therapy.
- How do I arrange the first consultation?
- Call 513 093 320 and book a visit with Kamil Piotrowski or Sebastian Oleszko. You will agree a date for the functional assessment and an initial return-to-sport plan.
