Strength training with dumbbells — Teho Sport Trzebownisko

Training

Coached training at Teho Sport.

Train one-to-one with a coach, in a small group of 4–6, or prepping for a HYROX race. Six formats to pick from, all under one roof in Trzebownisko 928b — a short drive from the centre of Rzeszów. One-to-one sessions run 140–190 PLN. Call +48 513 093 320 and book your first consultation.

Not sure which format to pick? That's normal — the first conversation with a coach is for exactly that.

Six formats

Which one to choose.

Torn between two formats? Call 513 093 320 — a coach will ask about your goal and training history, and pick a format before you set foot on the floor.

Three steps

How to start.

The first contact is a conversation, not a session. No pressure, no signing up blind.

  1. Call or drop in

    +48 513 093 320 or walk into reception. Club open Mon–Fri 07:00–22:00, Sat 08:00–16:00, Sun 10:00–20:00.

  2. Come in for a consultation

We talk about your goal and training history. You don't need sports kit for this visit. Ask about kit for the first session when you book. Coming back from an injury? Say so — where needed we'll refer you to a physiotherapist running their own practice in the physiotherapy area.

  3. The coach sets the plan

You pick the format and the schedule. The first session can be booked right away.

One-to-one session

140 – 190 PLN

Where in the range you land depends on the format and how often you train.

The cost is split between the participants — the more people, the less per head. We set the exact rate when the group forms.

A separate thing

Membership, single entry and partner cards.

For the gym, cardio zone, fitness room and saunas there are three ways in: a single entry, a valid membership or a partner card. Prices live on the gym page.

You can combine the two — train with a coach and, between sessions, drop in for the gym or sauna on a membership or a card.

We accept partner cards:

MULTISPORT, FIT PROFIT, MEDICOVER SPORT, PZU SPORT

The card covers the gym, cardio zone, fitness room and saunas. Sessions with a coach are a separate, paid service.

The room and the team

Where and with whom you train.

  • Free-weights area

Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX — where most sessions actually happen.

  • Hammer Strength

Guided-movement machines — a safe alternative to free weight.

  • KEISER

Pneumatic resistance stepped from 0.1 kg — precise loading for conditioning and return-to-activity.

  • Closed MiniGroup room

A separate space just for your group — no waiting for equipment.

  • Free parking

At the building — no circling for a space.

  • Changing rooms and showers

    Ready after every session.

Where training meets therapy

Training and physiotherapy.

Coming back from an injury or working with health limits that need caution? Start with a physiotherapy consultation. The coach will factor the recommendations into the plan, and KEISER lets us work with load stepped from 0.1 kg upwards — real control on the way back.

The plan can also grow on the go, in cooperation with a physiotherapist you name — including one from outside the club.

The information on this page is general and does not replace a consultation or diagnosis by a specialist.

Frequently asked questions

I haven't trained in years. Where do I start?
Most often with functional or personal training — both run one-to-one, so the coach matches pace and exercise selection to your starting point. The decision is made at the consultation.
What does coached training cost?
One-to-one — 140–190 PLN, depending on format and frequency. MiniGroups and HYROX — the price depends on how many people are in the group.
Does a partner card cover coached training?
No. A partner card and a membership cover the gym, cardio zone, fitness room and saunas. Coached training is a separate, paid service.
I don't have anyone to train with — can I join a MiniGroup?
Yes. Call — we'll tell you which group has a spot. You can also bring your own crew of 4–6 and agree a time with us.
I'm coming back from an injury. Can I train?
With a fresh injury, pain or limits that need caution — see a physiotherapist or a doctor first. The coach will take those recommendations into account when planning the training.
Is there parking at the club?
Yes, free of charge, right by the building.

You don't have to know what to pick.

That's what the first consultation is for. Call and book a slot.
