The pitch and playing conditions
A hall that plays all year.
FIFA 2-certified artificial turf is cushioned — it loads the joints less than the hard floors of a school gym, and the ball rolls evenly across it.
The pitch is full-size, 18 × 36 m — four-a-side with a keeper is the natural format, but five-a-side or a small-sided technical session also fit.
In summer (May–September) we retract the sides and play opens to the fresh air, with a roof covering rain and sun. In winter (October–April) the hall is closed, heated and mechanically ventilated.
The two seasonal price lists come from that difference — summer is cheaper because running an open hall costs less than a closed, heated one.

Football hall rental is 200–270 PLN gross per 60 minutes, depending on the season and whether you take a weekly slot or a single one-off.

With twelve players that works out at about 17 PLN a head in summer on a weekly slot, and about 22 PLN in winter.

What is included
The hall is yours for the hour.
The whole hall is yours
For the full hour nobody else plays alongside. You do not share the space with another team.
Balls and bibs on site
No extra charge. Come in your turf boots, that is it.
60 minutes from the door
The hour is timed from when you enter the hall, not from the first whistle. Warm-up is inside the booked time.
Changing rooms and showers
The back-of-house is part of the deal. Lockers take a padlock — bring your own or buy one at reception.
Finnish and infrared sauna
Available on top, outside the rental price. Good to wind down after a hard game.

The hall is booked by phone, e-mail or in person. The online system handles courts only.

Pick the format
A weekly slot is the same hour every week, three months minimum. In summer that is 40 PLN cheaper per session than a one-off; in winter, 30 PLN.
One-off booking
A single hour with no commitment for the following weeks. Good when you are pulling together a crew for one evening or a warm-up game.
For companies and institutions we issue a VAT invoice with a 14-day payment term.

Where to find us
Teho Sport is in Trzebownisko, right on the northern edge of Rzeszów — about 6 km from the city centre as the crow flies. The drive from Rzeszów takes about fifteen minutes.
The football hall is about 5 km from Galeria Rzeszów, on the road towards Jasionka airport. Parking is right at the building.

- What does renting the football hall cost?

- Do you accept MultiSport and Medicover Sport cards?
- Yes. MultiSport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport and PZU Sport each take 15 PLN gross off the rental, and discounts from several cards stack.
- Do you issue invoices for companies?
- Yes, for companies and institutions, with a 14-day payment term.
