Physiotherapy
Joint & ACL rehabilitation.
Knee, shoulder, hip or ankle — joint rehabilitation at Teho Sport is a health service provided by Kamil Piotrowski and Sebastian Oleszko, each under their own registered physiotherapy practice — Kamil Piotrowski, registry number 000000287306 (F-80), Sebastian Oleszko, registry number 000000306324 (F-80). It covers the full range of orthopaedic and post-injury complaints — from overload and sports injuries to the full post-operative protocol after knee ligament reconstruction (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL). Sebastian and Kamil combine manual therapy, functional assessment and training on KEISER equipment to restore the joint's range of motion, strength and stability safely.

About this facility
What is worth knowing
THE JOINTS WE WORK WITH
We treat knee and meniscus complaints, knee instability, rotator-cuff injuries and shoulder pain, ankle sprains, hip problems and tennis elbow. Kamil Piotrowski specialises in therapy of the lower spine, hip, knee and shoulder, while Sebastian Oleszko handles rehabilitation of the ankle, knee and shoulder after sports injuries.
FROM ASSESSMENT TO FULL CAPACITY
Every plan starts with a functional assessment of the joint — its range of motion, the strength of the muscles around it and any compensation patterns. Training runs on KEISER equipment, whose pneumatic resistance allows the load on the joint to be graded precisely, keeping the risk of overload low during the return to fitness.
POST-OPERATIVE REHABILITATION AFTER ACL RECONSTRUCTION
Reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the most common orthopaedic operations among active people. The full return-to-capacity protocol after ACL surgery and after PCL, MCL and LCL reconstruction runs in stages — from recovering full extension and flexion of the knee, through rebuilding the quadriceps and hamstrings, to proprioception and joint-stability training. Each stage has clear criteria before the next one begins. Kamil Piotrowski specialises in knee ligament reconstruction and knee and hip replacement, while Sebastian Oleszko combines post-operative therapy with strength and conditioning work.
THE RETURN-TO-SPORT TEST AFTER SURGERY
Before we clear you to play, we check the strength, stability and movement control of the operated limb with functional tests — only then can we be sure the knee will take the loads typical of squash, volleyball or running. We work with the treating doctor and orthopaedic surgeon throughout.
FOR ATHLETES AND ACTIVE PEOPLE
If your joint injury came from squash, badminton or volleyball, it is worth pairing rehabilitation with the return-to-sport programme and building training intensity back up gradually.
Frequently asked questions
- What joint problems do you work with?
- Knee and meniscus complaints, knee instability, rotator-cuff injuries, ankle sprains and tennis elbow.
- Do you provide rehabilitation after ACL surgery?
- Yes — we run the full rehabilitation protocol after knee ligament reconstruction (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL) and after knee and hip replacement. Therapy runs in stages: from recovering full range of motion, through rebuilding the quadriceps and hamstrings, to proprioception and joint-stability training.
- How soon after ACL surgery can rehabilitation start?
- We set the first appointment in line with the operating surgeon's instructions — rehabilitation usually begins within the first days after surgery.
- Who provides joint and ACL rehabilitation?
- Kamil Piotrowski and Sebastian Oleszko, each under their own registered physiotherapy practice — both handle joint rehabilitation as well as knee ligament reconstruction and post-operative therapy.
- What happens at the first visit?
- It starts with a functional assessment of the joint — range of motion, the strength of the muscles around it and any compensation patterns.
- How do I know I can return to sport after surgery?
- Only a functional test — of strength, stability and movement control in the operated limb — gives the green light to return to play.
- How much does rehabilitation cost?
- The price is set individually by the treating physiotherapist after the assessment — call 513 093 320 and book a visit with Kamil Piotrowski or Sebastian Oleszko.
