The court and playing conditions
A court that plays safe.
The cushioned Tarcett sports surface adds comfort during dynamic moves and landings.
There are at least 3 metres of free zone around the lines, so digging out and running down a ball does not end at a wall. There are 8.5 metres of clear height above the playing area.
The net height adjusts to the group — one setting for a children's session, another for women's play, another for men's.
The hall is air-conditioned and ventilated all year round. Playing conditions stay comfortable whatever the season.

What is included
The court is yours for the hour.
The whole court is yours
For the full hour nobody else plays alongside. You do not share the space with another group.
Balls and bibs on site
No extra charge and no gear to haul in the boot. Come in your hall shoes, that is it.
60 minutes from the door
The hour is timed from when you enter the hall, not from the first serve. Warm-up is inside the booked time.
Changing rooms and showers
The back-of-house is part of the deal. Lockers take a padlock — bring your own or buy one at reception.
Finnish and infrared sauna
Available on top, outside the rental price. The rate is confirmed at reception when you book.

The hall is booked by phone, e-mail or in person. The online system handles courts only.

Pick the format
A weekly slot is the same hour every week, three months minimum. That is 40 PLN cheaper per session than a one-off booking.
One-off booking
A single hour with no commitment for the following weeks. Good when you are pulling together a crew for one evening or a warm-up game.
For companies and institutions we issue a VAT invoice with a 14-day payment term.

Teho Sport is in Trzebownisko, right on the northern edge of Rzeszów — about 6 km from the city centre as the crow flies. The drive from Rzeszów takes about fifteen minutes.
Parking is right at the building. We are in Trzebownisko, on the road towards Jasionka airport.
