Our group classes
Eight formats Monday to Friday, each 55 minutes. No sign-up needed: come at the time that suits you and get to work.
Every format lists the day, time, who leads it and who it is for. If you are coming back after a break, the gentlest entry is Mobility and Stretching or Healthy Spine.
For your first session, arrive ten or fifteen minutes early — enough time to get changed, swap your shoes, and tell the instructor it is your first time.
Easy pace

Mobility and Stretching
Kamil Piotrowski, Fridays at 17:30
Range of motion, flexibility and control of position. Led by a physiotherapist. The gentlest format on the timetable — no jumping and no load.
For whom: as a starting point after a break, as a complement to strength training, or simply to unwind after a long week.
Details
Healthy Spine
Szymon Mróz, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:30
Trunk stabilisation, mobilisation of the thoracic and lumbar spine, work on posture. The pace is moderate and every exercise has an easier version.
For whom: as prevention, for desk workers and anyone getting back into exercise. If your back hurts or you have a diagnosed condition, check with a doctor or physiotherapist before joining.

Strengthening

Abs, Glutes, Thighs (BPU)
Szymon Mróz, Mondays and Wednesdays at 19:30
Work on the midsection, the glutes and the legs. Plenty of repetitions at a light load, with a good share of the session on the mat.
For whom: for anyone who wants to strengthen specific areas and prefers familiar, repeatable exercises over learning new movements.
Details
Body Sculpting
Szymon Mróz, Fridays at 18:30
Whole-body strengthening: dumbbell and resistance-band exercises, set after set, with the load picked to suit each person.
For whom: for anyone who wants to train strength regularly in a group, with a coach watching the technique.
Details
Body Pump
Alicja Klich, Mondays and Wednesdays at 17:30
Barbell training to music, block by block — one muscle group at a time. You pick your own load, so the same room holds someone lifting two kilos a side and someone lifting ten.
For whom: for anyone who wants to train with weights but prefers a coach and music over navigating the gym floor alone.

High heart rate

Zumba
Arkadiusz Błyskal, Mon, Tue, Thu at 20:30 and Fridays at 19:30
A dance-fitness class set to Latin American music. The steps are simple and repetitive; you do not need to know how to dance or memorise anything beforehand. Led by a certified Zumba instructor.
For whom: for anyone who wants to get a good workout without counting reps. The latest slots on the timetable — Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 20:30.

Functional Training
Patryk Kołcz / Sebastian Oleszko, Mon, Tue, Thu at 18:30
Circuit work: body weight, kettlebells, bands, balls. The movements mirror what you do outside the gym — lifting, carrying, changing direction.
For whom: for anyone who values fitness in everyday situations, and for anyone who sits for eight hours a day.
Details
Turbo Circuit
Agnieszka Kosiba, Wednesdays at 18:30
Circuit training across stations, in intervals. Strengthening exercises alternate with cardio, the breaks are short and the heart rate stays high for most of the class.
For whom: the most intense format on the timetable. For anyone who already trains regularly and wants to push their capacity.

Frequently asked questions
- Where should I start if I have not exercised in years?
- Mobility and Stretching on Friday at 17:30, or Healthy Spine on Tuesday or Thursday at 19:30. The pace is slower, there is no load, and every exercise has an easier version.
- Can I go to different formats on the same membership?
- Yes. Your membership covers every class on the timetable and you do not declare in advance which ones you will attend. You can do Body Pump on Monday and Mobility on Friday.
- Are these classes for women only?
- No. All eight formats are open to everyone, including BPU and Body Sculpting, which sometimes carry that association.
