Strength and conditioning.
Strength and conditioning at Teho Sport runs in a zone equipped by KEISER, using pneumatic resistance — and because there is no shock loading of muscle, connective tissue or joints, you can work safely on power, speed and coordination whether you are coming back from injury or building competitive form.

About this facility
What is worth knowing
WHAT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS
Conditioning develops the basic motor qualities — strength, power, speed, agility and coordination — that underpin performance in every sport. It is work on the quality and efficiency of movement, not on muscular strength alone.
KEISER EQUIPMENT AND PNEUMATIC RESISTANCE
Pneumatic resistance lets the load be raised or lowered in very small increments, from as little as 0.1 kg, with zero shock loading of muscle, connective tissue and joints. It is used in rehabilitation as much as in athletic and competitive training — it makes progress easy to track reliably and keeps the risk of injury down.
WHO LEADS IT
Sessions are led by our strength coaches — Katarzyna Goch and Szymon Mróz — working with the physiotherapy team when the goal is a return from injury.
