Junior squash:

▶ squash racket, balls and protective eyewear provided by Teho Sport
▶ coaching from a qualified squash coach

Strength and conditioning with the basics of racket sports — squash, badminton, tennis:
▶ small groups of 6–8
▶ one session a week
▶ led by an experienced physiotherapist
