About this facility

What is worth knowing

THE JOINTS WE WORK WITH

We treat knee and meniscus complaints, knee instability, rotator-cuff injuries and shoulder pain, ankle sprains, hip problems and tennis elbow. Kamil Piotrowski specialises in therapy of the lower spine, hip, knee and shoulder, while Sebastian Oleszko handles rehabilitation of the ankle, knee and shoulder after sports injuries.

FROM ASSESSMENT TO FULL CAPACITY

Every plan starts with a functional assessment of the joint — its range of motion, the strength of the muscles around it and any compensation patterns. Training runs on KEISER equipment, whose pneumatic resistance allows the load on the joint to be graded precisely, keeping the risk of overload low during the return to fitness.

FOR ATHLETES AND ACTIVE PEOPLE

If your joint injury came from squash, badminton or volleyball, it is worth pairing rehabilitation with the return-to-sport programme, and after surgery with post-operative ACL rehabilitation.
